Team Analysis is an online assessment taken by each team member (pencil/paper versions are also available). Team Analysis gathers information about team members in twelve essential areas, (control, social, patience, precision, ambition, positive expectancy, composure, analytical, results oriented, emotions, team player, quality orientation) does an analysis of the data and produces an insightful report that increases the team's likelihood of success. This system can be a key factor in forming more effective teams that employ the power of synergistic energy.

It typically takes an individual approximately 15-20 minutes to complete the assessment.
Team
Analysis reports have a Team Balance Table showing how the team leader
and team members scored in each of the twelve factors. This helps the
Team Leader see the overall representation of characteristics on the
team. Another section identifies the characteristics that are not well
represented on the team. Awareness of these deficiencies alerts the
team leader to be wary of overlooking important actions. The
third section reports the dominant behavioral facts of each team
member. With this data the team leader can utilize the natural characteristics
of team members to accomplish team goals. There are also specific
suggestions for supervising team members and recommended action steps.
