Each assessment consists of an online questionnaire that can easily be completed in about 10 minutes or less. The questions are built around a series of word choices and there are no right or wrong answers. Within minutes of submission, the results are compiled into a detailed report and returned via email to Tami Trout, your certified PDP® specialist. Tami will work with you or the appropriate manager to interpret the report and discuss the best ways to implement the insights and information.
