• Business Evaluation: The Owners will each complete an extensive questionnaire. The results will be tabulated, compared, and graphed in order to show the alignment of the current business situation with its identified potential or desired vision. In addition Galliard Group will undertake to review areas that appear to be barriers to success for the company through interviews or more in-depth information gathering.

• Financial and Benchmarking Analysis: Based on the Company’s Income Statements and Balance Sheets, Galliard Group will assess not only the current situation by comparing the key financial ratios to the industry average. Galliard Group will also highlight the most critical and/or easiest areas for improvement (also known as “low hanging fruit”).

• Business Valuation Model: In addition to determining the current value of the Company by using several widely accepted valuation methodologies, Galliard Group will create a business valuation model. This tool will allow for frequent “value created” checks as the strategic goals and milestones from Strategic Plan are being reached.
