Lisë Stewart, Founder

After almost 20 years in business consulting, Lisë founded Galliard Group in 2004 to serve the unique needs of family-owned and closely-held businesses. Lise is a vibrant and sought-after keynote speaker who is passionate about raising the awareness of the importance of family businesses as the foundation of our nation’s economy. In addition to traveling the country advocating and teaching on behalf of family businesses, Lisë focuses her client work on organizational development, exit strategies, strategic planning, family governance and developing effective succession plans.

Vicki Jodsaas, President

Vicki brings more than 16 years of experience in training and consulting, a master's degree in business, as well as several certifications for cutting edge industry training. Vicki works with a diverse set of customers that range from the individual entrepreneur to the global enterprise. Vicki helps grow businesses through expertise in strategic planning, organizational design, and leadership training. Vicki’s executive leadership experience, combined with her subsequent work with people at small to large firms across a variety of industries means you will receive solid, practical advice and service.

Barb Ostrander, Marketing Director

Barb brings nearly 20 years of senior level marketing and leadership experience to Galliard Group where she focuses on ensuring companies have achievable marketing strategies that support the business goals and objectives. Her expertise includes brand development and leadership, advertising, new product development, web strategies and customer loyalty programs. In addition to marketing, Barb is a champion of leadership growth and coaching in the workplace. Barb holds a Masters of Business Administration with a marketing emphasis.

Samantha Graf, Administrative Specialist

Samantha is the Administrative Specialist for Galliard Group. She works with project management, product and process improvement, and as the liaison between the current and prospective clients. Samantha has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications with an emphasis in advertising & public relations. She brings experience in marketing, event coordinating, customer relations, and organizational management in a variety of businesses.

Amy Davis, Senior Associate

Amy offers leadership expertise built upon over twenty-five years experience in project, staff, and volunteer management serving as project director for non-profit organizations and public/private school/university projects. Amy served as Executive Director of Idaho's Women's Business Center for close to four years bringing it from probationary status to rank as the #3 Center in the country in 2004. Amy helps businesses and non-profit organizations revitalize their strategic plans by focusing on achievable goals and helping them to better utilize their current human and technological capital while creating opportunities for growth.
