Melissa Kelly-McCabe Melissa holds a Masters of Science in Organization Systems, focusing on Change Processes, from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelors degree in Statistics, minor in Industrial Engineering, from the University at Buffalo. She is a member of the International Coach Federation and OD Network. |
Camille Oldenberg Camille enjoys collaborating with companies of all size; however, she has a particular interest in companies whose revenues are under $10 million and with non-profits who are seeking to grow and expand their services. Camille specializes in strategic business development, planning, marketing, and meeting facilitation. Prior to becoming a consultant, Camille held senior level management positions in Business Development, Marketing and General Management with national and regional companies primarily in the healthcare sector. Having consulted for the last ten years, Camille has enjoyed diverse consultations with international and national non-profits, as well as with small-to-mid size companies who have all desired and experienced strategic growth. Camille has a Master of Arts degree from Northeastern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Illinois State University. |

Tami Trout Tami has worked in the mortgage, high-tech, banking, and health care industries, and has co-owned and operated a highly successful small business prior to working in the private consulting sector. Her corporate experience includes positions in training, staffing, recruiting, and managing internal Human Resources (HR) communications for a Fortune 500 company. Her formal education includes degrees in Management and Organizational Leadership, and Health Information Technology, and certification and ongoing development in Human Resources Management. She is a Certified Client Administrator for the Professional DynaMetrics Programs® assessment system. |
David Meyer, Ph.D. David has a cum laude degree in education (History and English) from the University of Minnesota and a Ph.D. in Psychology (Organizational Psychology and HRD) from North Carolina State University. |

Marti Monroe, Ph.D. Marti's expertise in recognizing and addressing underlying familial issues that block progress can speed an enterprise through rough phases and create a clear path for future success. In addition to her private practice and consulting work, Marti is also the Director of the Landing Family Institute in Eagle, ID. Marti has two BA degrees from California State University, Fresno, one in Education and one in Psychology. She has a Masters in Educational Psychology from the University of Hawaii and a Ph.D. in counseling psychology from the Professional School of Psychological Studies, San Diego. |
Jeri Rutherford Jeri handles projects ranging from marketing, concept development,
USFDA HACCP Training, and Preferred Supplier programs. In her work
as an executive coach and consultant she has worked with international
companies, USAID and other governmental agencies. |

Larry Stauffer, Ph.D. As a Galliard Group consultant, Larry provides expertise in lean manufacturing, design for manufacture and assembly, plant and cell layout, product development guidance, and Six Sigma implementation. In addition, his “manufacturing laboratory” enables companies to experiment with new manufacturing approaches and statistically evaluate each simulation. Larry is a certified Professional Engineer in Idaho and received his Ph.D. from Oregon State University. |

Ann
brings valuable experience working with family owned businesses in
the areas of strategic planning, turn around, and mergers & acquisitions.
Before joining the Galliard Group Ann was the Chairman of a family
owned, 4th generation food processing company. Her expertise includes
marketing and product development across a diverse international platform
that includes Asia, South and Central America, and the United States.
Under Ann's leadership the company transitioned from a family
operated business to a team of professional managers. In four years
the company went from a negative cash flow to a successful merger in
excess of $177 million.
Paul specializes in strategic business development, marketing, finance,
and product lifecycle management. Prior to becoming business coach
and consultant, he held senior-level positions in Corporate Finance,
Project Management, Marketing, and Sales with employers including
Micron Technology, CVI Laser, and Science Applications International
Corporation. Paul has consulted for several Silicon Valley start-ups
and established companies in the areas of marketing, finance, and new
product introduction.
Melissa
provides strategic thinking and growth planning, executive business
coaching, board development, and professional facilitation and training
services. Over the last 20 years Melissa has held positions with General
Motors Corporation, Price Waterhouse LLP, the WNY Technology Development
Center, Inc., and contracted with the National Institute of Standards
and Technology. In addition, Melissa assisted Dr. W. Edwards Deming
for five years, researching thinking processes and teaching groups
about Deming management principles. (Dr. Deming is credited with transforming
Japanese management principles and causing the quality revolution.)
Tami is a management consultant and trainer with more than 20 years’ experience in managing people and projects, training, coaching, and optimizing business processes and operations. She helps clients maximize organizational success and profitability through mastery of attracting, hiring and retaining the ‘right’ talent.
David
has a career dedicated to improving individual and team performance.
David's private sector consulting has included a broad mix of Fortune
500 companies as well as bootstrapped entrepreneurships. These projects
have included the development of quality-driven performance measures,
customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and balanced scorecard
systems. In the public sector, he has consulted
with the National Science Foundation, the United Nations, and state
agencies.
Marti’s
practice in marriage, family, and child counseling provides a confidential
and safe environment to solve family challenges. Marti’s insight
and thirty years of experience in working with families across generations
helps everyone’s voice be heard with respect and sensitivity.
Jeri
is an executive coach and consultant with over 19 years experience
in the food industries. Jeri’s insights are based on a strong
scientific background, years of international experience and hands-on
business know-how.
Larry
devotes his time to helping organizations improve their product and
process design. In his role as Director of University of Idaho Boise
College of Engineering, Larry has helped organizations in both applying
the newest manufacturing techniques and recruiting students experienced
in applying these techniques to design and manufacturing challenges.
