Amy offers leadership expertise built upon over twenty-five years experience in project, staff, and volunteer management serving as project director for non-profit organizations and public/private school/university projects. Amy served as Executive Director of Idaho's Women's Business Center for close to four years bringing it from probationary status to rank as the #3 Center in the country in 2004. Amy helps businesses and non-profit organizations revitalize their strategic plans by focusing on achievable goals and helping them to better utilize their current human and technological capital while creating opportunities for growth.

Amy Davis

Bret helps company owners and managers make their business more successful in improving profitability, increasing cash flow and achieving strategic objectives. For the past 15 years he has been an ad hoc financial officer, helping companies develop better financial reporting that provides the information needed to manage the business and designing metrics to monitor and improve performance on a weekly or daily basis. Previously Bret served as chief financial officer for a small publicly owned banking software company and a large family-owned commercial window manufacturer. He began his career as a certified public accountant with a national accounting firm.

Bret Baker

Camille enjoys collaborating with companies of all size; however, she has a particular interest in companies whose revenues are under $10 million and with non-profits who are seeking to grow and expand their services. Camille specializes in strategic business development, planning, marketing, project management and meeting facilitation. Prior to becoming a consultant, Camille held senior level management positions in Business Development, Marketing and General Management with national and regional companies. She works with family-owned businesses focusing primarily on growing the business. Having consulted for the last ten years, Camille has enjoyed diverse consultations with small-to-mid size companies, as well as international and national non-profits that have all desired and experienced strategic growth.

Camille Oldenburg

Laurel  shares nearly 20 years experience in finance and strategy at companies including GE, Proctor & Gamble and JP Morgan with Galliard Group clients.  During her career she has worked with ventures of all sizes in industries ranging from media to manufacturing.  Her knowledge encompasses corporate restructurings, transactions and valuations, with a particular expertise in capital markets and growth strategies.  Additionally, she has experience in benefits planning.

Laurel Lennon

Dawn has more than 27 years of experience helping organizations, teams and individuals determine goals, design and implement strategy, and enhance performance. In her management roles at Hewlett-Packard, she worked with several businesses within the company to improve effectiveness. She was also responsible for the design and delivery of initial training and cultural integration for a Middle Eastern acquisition, and managed an international team who delivered leadership development. Dawn is a Certified Coach helping individuals achieve new levels of effectiveness.

Dawn Monroe

David has a career dedicated to improving individual and team performance. He can provide performance measures and evaluation tools that demonstrate to your members, partners, and funding sources how well your goals are being met. His private sector consulting has ranged from Fortune 100 companies to bootstrapped entrepreneurships. These projects have included the development of quality-driven performance measures, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and balanced scorecard approaches. In the public sector, he has provided evaluation services to the National Science Foundation, the United Nations, state agencies, and non-profit foundations.

David Meyer

Melissa provides strategic thinking and growth planning, executive business coaching, board development, and professional facilitation and training services. Over the last 20 years Melissa has held positions with General Motors Corporation, Price Waterhouse LLP, the WNY Technology Development Center, Inc., and contracted with the National Institute of Standards and Technology. In addition, Melissa assisted Dr. W. Edwards Deming for five years, researching thinking processes and teaching groups about Deming management principles. (Dr. Deming is credited with transforming Japanese management principles and causing the quality revolution.)
